Verify talent identities, agency credentials, and portfolio authenticity with TalentOS's multi-layer verification system.

Verification Layers

TalentOS offers four layers of verification, each building on the previous:

Identity Verification

Government ID upload + facial matching. Confirms the person is who they claim to be.

Agency Credentials

Business registration, trade license, GST certificate. Validates the agency is a real business.

Portfolio Authentication

Digital fingerprinting of portfolio images to detect stolen or AI-generated content.

Background Checks

Professional history verification, reference checks, and criminal background screening (Enterprise plan).

Minor Protection

TalentOS enforces strict safeguards for talents under 18:

Guardian Consent — A verified legal guardian must provide written consent before a minor's profile can be activated
Restricted Actions — Minors cannot access financial features, sign contracts directly, or participate in community messaging
Content Redaction — Automatic redaction policies ensure minor profiles comply with child safety regulations
Supervised Access — All interactions are logged and visible to the guardian via a dedicated guardian dashboard
