Assign judges to events, configure their access, and manage the entire judging lifecycle from invitation to score submission.

Assigning Judges

Judges are event-specific roles with scoped permissions. They can only access the stages and contestants assigned to them:

Invitation — Send judge invitations via email with a secure one-time link. Judges create accounts with mandatory MFA

Stage Assignment — Assign judges to specific stages (e.g., Judge A scores Semi-Finals only, Judge B scores Finals only)

Panel Configuration — Define scoring panels with 3-7 judges per stage. Configure whether all judges score all contestants or use round-robin assignment

Conflict of Interest — Flag judges with known affiliations to specific agencies or contestants. System prevents assignment conflicts

Judge Portal

Judges get a dedicated, distraction-free scoring interface:

Mobile-First

Optimized for tablet and phone scoring during live events

Offline Mode

Scores are cached locally and synced when connectivity returns

Timer Controls

Built-in timer per contestant to ensure fair evaluation time

Notes & Comments

Private judge notes per contestant (visible only to the scoring admin)
