Add talent & brands

Onboard creators, modeling talent, casting talent, and brand accounts — one at a time or in bulk.

Adding one creator

  1. Creators → + Add creator
  2. Fill basics: name, email, phone, primary platform (Instagram / YouTube / TikTok)
  3. Add handle + follower count (we'll auto-verify via TikTok / Instagram OAuth in the next step)
  4. Tag niche (food / fashion / fitness / lifestyle / tech / finance / parenting / travel)
  5. Set rate card baseline (₹X per post / reel / story)
  6. Save — creator gets an invite email with magic-link to complete their own profile (bank details, KYC, etc.)

Bulk import via CSV

For onboarding an existing roster (50-10,000 rows), use the bulk importer:

  1. Go to Bulk Imports
  2. Pick entity tab: Creators, Brands, or Deals
  3. Download the CSV template (entity-specific schema)
  4. Fill the template — required columns vary per entity
  5. Upload or paste CSV text → backend runs row-by-row validation
  6. Review the per-row report: pass / fail with specific error codes (REQUIRED, TYPE_MISMATCH, INVALID_EMAIL, etc.)
  7. Click Commit to insert validated rows. Failed rows stay flagged for you to fix and re-upload.
  8. If something looks wrong post-commit, click Rollback within 7 days to undo (only that import's rows).

Adding a brand account

  1. Brands → + New brand
  2. Company legal name + GSTIN (required for tax invoices)
  3. Primary contact: name, email, phone, role (Brand Manager / Marketing Lead / Procurement)
  4. Category + annual budget — used by the matching algorithm to surface relevant creators
  5. Save — brand contact gets an invite to the brand portal

Minor talent + guardian consent

When you add a creator under 18, the platform enforces extra steps:

  1. Mark the creator profile as "Minor" + enter date of birth
  2. Add guardian contact (name, email, phone, relationship)
  3. Guardian gets a separate invite to the Guardian Portal
  4. Guardian must sign a Guardian Consent agreement (uses our consent clause category)
  5. Each contract for the minor requires guardian co-sign (sequential packet, guardian signs first)
  6. Work-hour limits enforced per jurisdiction (IN: max 5h school-day / 8h holiday; CA: Coogan; UK: Performance Regs)
