All plans are billed monthly or annually (2 months free on annual). GST extra. Cancel anytime.

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Change plan" → select new tier
  3. Pro / Studio: Razorpay checkout opens for upgrade payment (pro-rated)
  4. Enterprise: schedules a sales call — contact form opens
  5. Downgrades take effect at end of current billing cycle (no refunds for unused time)

Invoices

Tax invoices auto-generate monthly. Download from Finance → Invoices:

  • Includes correct GST structure (CGST/SGST/IGST based on your state)
  • HSN code 998314 (software hosting services)
  • Place of supply per your registered address (set during tenant onboarding)
  • Payment terms per Settings → Workflow Defaults (default Net 30)

Payment methods

  • Razorpay autopay — UPI / cards / netbanking (recurring mandate via NPCI eMandate)
  • Manual bank transfer — for Enterprise. Net 30 terms, invoice-based.
  • Annual prepay — bank transfer or wire (2 months free)

Failed payment

If auto-charge fails:

  1. Day 0 — first retry next day. You'll get email.
  2. Day 1-3 — daily retries. Banner appears in app.
  3. Day 7 — account goes into grace mode. App still works; banner asks to update card.
  4. Day 14 — account read-only (no new contracts / payouts) until paid.
  5. Day 30 — account suspended. Data retained 90 days. After that, deleted.

Usage-based fees (on top of plan)

Some features are billed per use, regardless of plan:

  • E-signature: ₹25 per signature ceremony (charged when packet completes)
  • SMS: ₹0.30 per SMS (TRAI rate + 2x platform margin)
  • OCR extraction: ₹2 per page processed
  • FX rate locking: ₹50 per locked-rate escrow (for cross-border deals)

These appear on your monthly invoice itemized.

Cancellation

Settings → Subscription → "Cancel subscription." Effective end of billing cycle. Data export available for 90 days; full deletion after.
