Payout Methods

TalentOS supports multiple payout methods based on talent location and preference:

Payouts above configurable thresholds require multi-step approval (Maker-Checker pattern):

Auto-Approve — Payouts under ₹10,000 (configurable) are processed automatically

Single Approval — ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000 requires one Finance role approval

Dual Approval — Above ₹1,00,000 requires Finance + Owner/Admin approval

Fraud Hold — System auto-holds payouts flagged by risk scoring for manual review

Security

All payout approvals require MFA step-up authentication. Wallet ownership is validated before any payout is processed.
