Account Setup

Configure your TalentOS account settings, security preferences, and billing information.

Profile Settings

Your account profile controls how you appear across the platform and what notifications you receive. Navigate to Settings → Profile to configure:

Display Name — Your name as shown to team members and in audit logs

Avatar — Upload a profile photo (shown in comments, activity feeds, and team views)

Timezone — Set your local timezone for accurate scheduling and notification delivery

Language — Choose your preferred interface language (English, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese)

TalentOS enforces enterprise-grade security for all accounts. Configure these settings under Settings → Security:

Password — Must be at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character

MFA — Enable multi-factor authentication via authenticator app (TOTP) or SMS. Required for admin and finance roles

Session Management — View active sessions, revoke access from unknown devices

API Keys — Generate and manage API keys for integrations (Settings → Developer → API Keys)

Security Requirement

MFA is mandatory for Tenant Owners, Admins, and Finance roles. Accounts without MFA will be prompted to set it up on every login until configured.

Manage your subscription plan and payment methods under Settings → Billing.

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Upgrade or downgrade anytime — changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
