Versioned, per-jurisdiction compliance rule packs (PRD §16.7) — activate specific versions per tenant; contracts stamp the active version(s) at creation time.
Rule Packs
Every version of every jurisdiction rule pack. Activating a version deprecates the previously-active version of the same pack platform-wide.

Look up which rule-pack version(s) a tenant currently has active. Only ACTIVE rule packs can be turned on for a tenant.
